REFUND POLICY

Exchange Policy for S'Jerio

At S'Jerio, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we offer exchanges only—no refunds.

1. Eligibility for Exchange
We accept exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase

2. Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Undergarments, bodysuits, or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Custom or made-to-order items

3. How Exchanges Work
If your exchange request is approved, you'll be able to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style of equal value. If the replacement item is of a different value, we’ll provide instructions to pay the difference or issue store credit.

4. Exchange Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable service.
We’ll cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you (once per exchange request).

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sjerio.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.

6. How to Start an Exchange
To request an exchange, email support@sjerio.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item you'd like to exchange

  • The reason for the exchange

  • Your preferred replacement item

Our team will guide you through the next steps.
